PARENT-TEACHER CONFERENCE INFORMATION
Conferences: Monday, March 18 & Tuesday, March 19
Dear Parents,
We will once again be using an online conference scheduler for Parent-Teacher Conferences this year. This software will allow you, the parent, to choose the day and time you want to come to your child’s conference. The link will go live Monday February 26 and you can sign up any time between then and the conferences. The sooner you sign up, the better chance you have at picking the conference time that works for you.
Zoom Conferences will not be an option this year. If you are unable to attend one of the conference nights, please contact your child’s teacher to request a phone or zoom conference.
Here are the steps you will need to take:

To schedule one conference:
Click the link for the building the student is in.
Click the link for the homeroom/advisory/assigned teacher.
Choose the day and time you want to hold your conference and click SIGN UP

Complete any other information you wish to provide
Sign up for Your Conference
You will receive a confirmation email to confirm your conference day and time.
To schedule 2 or more students in the district on the same night:
Click Register for Multiple Conferences.
Use the drop down to indicate how many students you have in the district.

Continue - If you have done the previous steps correctly (3-10), then it will ask you for the information about child 2. If you missed something in the previous step, it will still be on child 1.

Scroll down in the left box until you see the teacher you want. Select that teacher and click the > button in between the two sets of boxes to move that from the left box to the right box. Continue the process until all of the appropriate conferences for all your children are in the right box.
Click Find Schedules with Common Dates at the bottom of the screen.
Select the button that indicates the day for which you would like the conferences to be on.
You will now see multiple columns. Each column is a schedule for the teacher you indicated previously. Click the Checkbox for the appropriate child in the time slot that you wish to reserve.
Do NOT select the same time slot for each child in each column as this would indicate you would be at all those conferences at the same time.
If you are going between buildings, you will want to put some time between the children’s conferences so you can travel.
Sign up for Selected Conferences
You will receive a confirmation email to confirm your conference day and time. If for any reason you have to change your scheduled time, please contact the building secretary as they will be the only personnel who can adjust an already established time.
If you do not have a computer with internet access, you may contact the school office or your child’s teacher to set up your conference. Teachers will not be scheduling conferences, so please follow the options provided in this letter to guarantee that a conference is scheduled. Please contact your child’s teacher, the building secretary, or principal if you have any questions or need to change your scheduled conference time.
